Menopause Cafe Fort Saskatchewan (adults) In-Person
Come join us for tea, snacks and great conversation about menopause. Menopause Cafes are discussion groups focused on breaking down the stigma around menopause and increasing awareness of its impact on those experiencing it. There are no preset agendas and discussion topics emerge and are shaped by folks attending. FSPL offers menopause cafes a few times a year - our meet-ups are open to everyone regardless of age or gender in an accessible, respectful and confidential space.
